You may think, based on the weather the past few days, that summer has arrived. You would be wrong – it’s not officially summer until the library has its annual Sidewalk Chalk Party and Story Stroll! This coming Tuesday, June 6, starting at 10:30 AM we’ll have face painting, bubbles, (temporary) tattoos, hula hoops, a ton of sidewalk chalk and a whole lot of sidewalk to fill with art, and special visits from McGruff, Beatrix Potter and the Goodhue County Posse horses. You can also take a stroll through John Rich Park and enjoy a story with your walk – this year, we’ll be featuring Moo! by Minnesota author David LaRochelle.
See you on Tuesday!
